5-Star trusted auto repair/maintenance and customer service. I am in the military and have used Rob and his team since arriving in the area in 2017. His integrity is beyond reproach and he has gone above and beyond every time to ensure our imports are in top condition and safe for our family. He has even provided referrals to trustworthy automotive businesses for services he does not offer. L'Orange Auto Import Service has my highest recommendation for all of your auto needs!

Great Job

After experiencing a progressively worse problem with the clutch on my Honda S2000, Robert quickly evaluated the problem and will have the car back in my hands with little delay. The cleanliness of the shop speaks well of his operation, and he came highly recommended to me. I can see why now. I won’t take my Honda anywhere else.

Great Service!!

I recently needed brakes, headlamp and service for my 2013 Mercedes Benz E350. I call Robert at L'Orange the week prior and explained my situation. He set me up with a Monday AM appointment (Convenient drop off box for Sunday night). I received a call and message from Robert at 10 AM Monday and said rear brakes were needed, calipers were OK and if I called within 25 mins. he would have the car finished before the end of the day. As per his word he called me at 4PM with the car finished and under his original quote with all repairs completed as promised. I couldn't make it for pick up before the 5 PM closing so Robert arranged my payment over the phone and pick up after 5. I'm completely happy with the service I received and the minimal downtime. Thanks!!

SUCH A RELIEF TO FIND AN HONEST MECHANIC. WE HAVE BEEN USING L'ORANGE FOR YEARS, BUT HAD TO USE ANOTHER MECHANIC IN TALLAHASSEE AND FT WALTON BEACH RECENTLY DUE TO EMERGENCY SERVICE. I WILL NEVER AGAIN USE ANYONE ELSE BUT L'ORANGE. LOVELY MAN WITH GOOD VALUES AND HONEST.

Outstanding Service!! I came to L'Orange desperate for help, as we were in the middle of a move and leaving FL the very next day. Their appointments were booked through to the next week. Transmission Shudder / general service

Our family has a 2011 Volvo and a 2007 FJ Cruiser. I have no hesitation about taking either to L'Orange auto. The service and quality of work is excellent. In the case of the FJ Cruiser with 100,000 miles, there was a progressively worsening engine shudder during acceleration. Rather than a costly transmission replacement or extensive repair, their investigation found a fix that involved the swapping out of all the transmission fluid. This was exponentially much less expensive and the car has been running like new ever since. It is to the point where I have forgotten totally about the daily/hourly frustration and concern I had. So, not only did they fix this problem to my total satisfaction, I had also asked Robert for a second opinion about some repairs recommended by Toyota in FWB which would have cost me thousands. Again, Robert looked at the issues and provided professional and thoughtful advice which resulted in substantial savings to me. Too bad I cannot give six stars.

Strut Repair on RX 330

Robert,
I want to thank you for doing such a great job in replacing the struts on my 2004 Lexus RX 330. I know it was not an easy repair because you had to replace the air suspension. The ride now is like it was when I first purchased the vehicle. You and your mechanic are true professionals in every respect! Outstanding Christian Business!

Recently, I had an issue arise with my 2006 Highland Hybrid braking system. I went to L’Orange Auto instead of the dealer because I know from personal experience that they are a very honest christian business. I have known Robert, Dennis, and their families for over three years in my association with them at the Niceville church of Christ. Not only did they properly diagnose the problem as a malfunctioning ABS Module; but, they obtained the OEM replacement parts and very quickly returned the vehicle to service for me. In addition, they also recommended that I replace the timing belt and water pump at 137,000 miles because I had missed doing it at 90,000, potentially saving me thousands of dollars for a new engine should the belt have broken due to my oversight. They are very professional owners, run a clean and honest business, provide exceptional service, and their labor rates are the best in the county. I give my highest recommendation to their business and hope that you will also see the difference when you select them for your vehicle(s) service needs!

Great service

With two daughters away at college they have time and again diagnosed and repaired issues that have come up with their vehicles. Even staying late on one occasion to finish repairs on a mini emergency that my youngest daughter had with her car. They even had worked her in that day even though they were busy with other cars in their shop. As a parent, they give me and my wife peace of mind when it comes to repairs. Their costs are at least one half of the cost of a dealership rate . If you have an import car, you cannot go wrong if you use their services. They are a credit to this community and will continue to get my business .

We absolutely LOVE L'Orange Auto Import Service! I have a love/hate relationship with my Volvo, and when a random light decides to pop up out of the blue, they always drop what they're doing and rearrange their schedule to somewhow fit fixing my pesky problem into their already busy day. As someone said below, Robert and Dennis's integrity and honesty is unmatched in the service world. They are two of the most kind people we have ever had the pleasure of working with. Oh - and I LOVE that they have a Keurig in their waiting area, haha! I will cry the day I buy a Jeep Cherokee and can no longer take my vehicle to them! 🙁
